Self Help Books:
Cut Through the Maze of Choices. Here's a List of Books Worth Reading.

Some self help books and books on personal growth are wonderful blessings that help you find your way, learn new skills, and gain new perspectives.

Some, however, can be trite, lacking in substance, and written only to turn a quick profit.

What you'll find below is a list of self help and personal growth books I have read, recommend to clients, and think are worth reading on your personal growth journey.

Be sure to also check out the YOUR Fav Resources Forum page to see the books and other resources our readers love.

For ease, I have arranged the book list below in alphabetical order by specific topic.

Also, please note that this page simply lists self help books and books on personal and professional growth I recommend.  Including comments on each would get unwieldy and too long.

If you're looking for more information, just follow the links on this site for info on a topic.  If there's no link, please forgive me; I'm working on building this site out and haven't made it there quiet yet.

Also, please note this list of self help books represents my opinions and perspective and it is not exhaustive by any means.  Therere are many other books I have read that do not make it anywhere near this list.  And, there are many other wonderful self help books that I haven't read, and those of course aren't on here.

Soon, I'll be adding a forum for readers to share the books that have most influenced them, and there we will expand our list of proven, recommended resources.
