Okay, without further ado. . .Direction Coaching! Direction Coaching What do I really want? What’s next? What should I do with my life?
If you’re exploring . . .or wrestling. . .or even tortured by these questions, Direction Coaching provides a structured way to examine options, get clarity, and move forward in your work and life. Specifically, as a result of Direction Coaching you will: - Articulate what you want clearly and confidently
- Create a plan to make it happen
- Develop new skills and supporting practices
- Take bold, intentional action to implement your plan
How Direction Coaching Works In Direction Coaching, you continually alternate between generating insight and taking action. In a series of weekly calls, I guide you through reflective processes to help you clarify your values, strengths, desired direction, and plans. Between the calls, you tackle “assignments” to increase clarity, explore options, and implement your plan. In addition, I use developmental tools and exercises specific to your situation. Who Coaching Works Best For Direction Coaching is designed for people contemplating a change in their professional situation (jobs, industries, or careers) in order to get more out of work and life.
